Equalise RAM-based trigger pattern generator between CPM and LPM

The most recent firmware improvements to the RAM-based trigger pattern generator never made it into the LPMController software implementation. It would be nice for the LPMController to catch up with the CPMController in this respect.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
