Improve APVE and PI (TTCSpy) monitoring related to APVE functioning

While working with the tracker on verifying the APVE functionality, there appear to be a few places where the APVE and TTCSpy-in-the-PI monitoring can be improved a bit. This basically concerns the representation of the monitoring data, the addition of some clarifying comments in the web interfaces, and the removal of unnecessary info to avoid confusion.
