DI/OT crate sporadically loses IP connection

It has been observed during runs of the acquisition machinery in SCT that DI/OT connectivity through the data link (fiber connection) is lost, the link dying for undetermined causes.

Bringing the DI/OT side Ethernet NIC down and up restores normal condition, which makes me suspect the problem lies entirely on the system board's side.

A mitigation measure will be to do the link restart via ssh through the TN ssh link (which lives forever) to circumvent this problem without sensible loss of acquisition time or death of the FSI server.
