EventLoaderTimepix3: change precise timestamp from unsigned long long int to unsigned int as it's only 5-bit anyways + it causes problems when converting it to double

trigger timestamp was wrong due to integer division, bringing back the dot to make it a double-divison

AnalysisEfficiency: added paragraph explaining how the efficiency and its uncertainty are determined
