Bug: "TypeError: a bytes-like object is required, not 'str' "
When I try to run jobsub.py with the following command line:
corryvreckan/jobsub/jobsub.py -c W43_I3_analysis_new_jobsub.conf -csv W43_I3_threshold_scan.csv 6601-6614
I get this error:
jobsub(INFO): Successfully loaded csv file'W43_I3_threshold_scan.csv'. jobsub(INFO): Will now start processing the following runs: 6601, 6602, 6603, 6604, 6605, 6606, 6607, 6608, 6609, 6610, 6611, 6612, 6613, 6614 jobsub(INFO): Now generating configuration file for run number 6601.. jobsub(INFO): basefilename = W43_I3_analysis_new_jobsub_run6601 jobsub.W43_I3_analysis_new_jobsub_run6601(INFO): Now running Corryvreckan on W43_I3_analysis_new_jobsub_run6601.conf Traceback (most recent call last): File "corryvreckan/jobsub/jobsub.py", line 698, in <module> sys.exit(main()) File "corryvreckan/jobsub/jobsub.py", line 674, in main rcode = runCorryvreckan(basefilename, basefilename, args.silent) # start Corryvreckan execution File "corryvreckan/jobsub/jobsub.py", line 268, in runCorryvreckan if "WARNING" in line.strip(): TypeError: a bytes-like object is required, not 'str'
It might be a problem when reading the csv file?
