Update README eventloadereudaq2

Jens Kroeger requested to merge jekroege/corryvreckan:update_readme_eventloadereudaq2 into master

Lennart pointed out that a description of the naming convention for planes: <type>_<number> is missing in the readme. This probably got lost when rewriting the module 2 months ago.

Also added the histograms that are produced.
