reverted previous merge (issue #62) and fixed bug in EventLoaderMuPixTelescope

Two issues are addressed in this MR:

1: This fixes #62 (closed)

2: after changing the pixel class @jekroege adjusted the EventLoaderMuPixTelescope and made a typo, which is corrected now.
