Place pixel time in centre of EUDAQ2 event if plane timestamp=0 and no trigger match

Previously in EventLoaderEUDAQ2, if no timestamp was found and no trigger match was found then the pixel timestamp was set as the start time of the EUDAQ2 event.

This is now changed to the center of the EUDAQ2 event.
