New efficiency plots

A new pixel matrix efficiency plot is included, where the pixel of an associated cluster is flagged as efficient only if the reconstructed track (at DUT Z position) is going through it. Moreover, a ROI cut can be implemented excluding tracks going within X microns from the edge of the pixel.
