Refactoring EventLoaderMuPixTelescope

Transforming the module EventLoaderMuPixTelescope into a global one to speed up data reading by a factor of four for standalone analysis.

Additional histograms added:

  • AnalysisDUT: Residuals along x and y as a function of column/row
  • AnalysisEfficiency: Sub pixel plots for time resolution, cluster size and mean delay
