Histogram settings in AnalysisDUT

The usual default values for the axis range in ToT/charge histograms are not always suitable, depending on the device under test (example: Timepix3 when calibrations are applied). This merge requests adds parameters to the config file that allows the user to control the histogram axis ranges.

Also, there were quite a few different axis ranges and labels for this histograms related to ToT/charge, plus some other histo/axis titles that were wrong; I tried to clean those up too.
