AnalysisTelescope: fixed coordinate transformations for MC truth

Due to improper coordinate transformation from APSQ MC truth all MC residuals produced by this module were off by pitch/2. This could probably be compensated for if one run APSQ misalignment + corry alignment, but in ideal case it didn't work.

Edit: change of strategy -- all the coordinate transformations are now happening on the Allpix side. See allpix-squared/allpix-squared!996 (merged)
