Add AnalysisTiming module

Stephan Lachnit requested to merge slachnit/corryvreckan:p-analysis-timing into master

First draft of the AnalysisTiming module. It aims to compare any two detectors, such as two DUTs (this is e.g. why comparison to the track timestamp is currently not supported).

Things to do:

  • Test 2D plots
  • Improve documentation a bit
  • Time residual over time and remove TTree
