fix module name in AlignmentMillepede readme usame

Just a super tiny change.

But everytime I want to add AlignmentMillepede to a new config file, I start by copying the usage example, only to realise the first time I run it that [Millepede] needs to be changed to AlignmentMillepede . I figured it's finally time to make a merge request about this.
