Small update of TrackingMultiplet histograms bugfix and feature

Small updates of TrackingMultiplet histograms. Bug fix: the histograms of chosen downstream tracks mistakenly took into account the un-chosen tracks, they now take into account the chosen tracks as expected. Feature: the kicks and chi-squared histogram boundaries can be set up manually in the config file. The names of the parameters are based on the same convention as in the module AnalysisParticleFlux.
