Summary
Implement SGE submission.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Should be able to submit the jobs on cluster using SGE submission engine
- provide SGE job template
- provide run directory, create jobs from job template and write them to the run directory
- submit created jobs with qsub, specifying the log files for
stdoutandstderr
