CTA release requirements for production (2025)

Introduction

In this issue we list all the requirements for CTA before the next run.
We should guarantee that these fixes/features are all included in the release version that will go into production.

Requirements

• Be able to identify tapes with files missing a dual-copy: #1041 (closed)
• Add setter/getter for encryption key name in cta-admin tapepool: #1104 (closed)
• ?? Extend cta-admin command output by schedulerBackendName and instanceName: #1016 (closed)
