CLI output of cta-admin prints "NoMount" instead of "-"

cta-admin --json <command> JSON output is very different from cta-admin <command> tabular output. The move to more consistent JSON output values the tabular output form has been accidentally changed from release 5.11.5.0-1. Operators requested the previous behaviour, i.e. to print "-" for "NoMount" again in the table CLI outputs.
