Enstore recycled tapes fail to read

When EnstoreLarge tapes are recycled and written as Enstore tapes, the tape is not re-labeled. The EnstoreLarge tapes have a 240 byte label (VOL1 plus UVL1 and UVL2) and Enstore has only 80 (VOL1).

Trying to read 240 bytes into an 80 byte buffer throws an error and the tape never succeeds.

Instead, do what we do for EnstoreLarge tapes. Read up to 256k and just validate the VOL1 portion.
