Allow CI to easily spawn both gRPC and XRootD frontends

As we want to be able to test the gRPC workflow events separately from the gRPC cta-admin commands, we need to be able to easily spawn both frontends. This can be done by having xrdFrontendEnabled and grpcFrontendEnabled options in the values.yaml file of the frontend helm chart. This way, it will be possible to spawn both.
