[CI] Make VFS use ephemeral storage by default

Right now, our Helm setup assumes that it has access to a /shared directory for the VFS objectstore scheduler. However, we do not want to pollute the machine this is running on and we also don't want to assume/require this directory exists. It should be replaced by a specific volume.
