Optimize workflow for fixing Sonar Source Analysis issues

I want to help with fixing the listed warnings and errors of the Sonar Source Analysis. But there is currently no nice way to test my code changes.

Possible fix: it would be good, if the Sonar Source Analysis workflow can be triggered on each pull request within the CTA repo on Github. When the fix is ready, the issues/commits can be created as merge request within the CERN Gitlab repository - maybe with some reference link to the successful Github workflow.
