Attempt using CI pipeline with alma10

It seems that we finally have the gitlab-registry.cern.ch/linuxsupport/alma9-base:latest image. With the various changes made in !765 (merged), it should be a lot more straightforward to upgrade.

Whether this is actually true, I don't know, but we should give it a go. It would be nice if we could have a nightly alma10 build.
