Document and test tape verification in CI

Problem to solve

At the moment, as mentioned during the discussion of #ops-1783, there are no tests in our CI covering the tape validation workflow.

If untested, this will eventually lead to bugs, as mentioned in this CTA Community discussion.

We should also confirm that this basic workflow is covered in the CTA documentation.

Proposal

• Add a simple test to the CTA CI, covering the default tape verification workflow on CTA.
• Check that this use case is also mentioned and updated in the CTA documentation.
