Add additional OTEL resource attributes for taped

It would be useful to have the following extra resource attributes for taped:

• Drive name
• Physical library name
  • While this would be nice, we don't have access to the catalogue when telemetry is initialised. I don't want to do a bunch of refactoring now to add this.
• Logical library name

These attributes won't increase the cardinality, as the number of unique combinations does not increase. By adding these, it will make it much easier to sort and group by these attributes (and link from other dashboards.
