[CI] Ensure list_images.sh can support multiple secrets at once

Currently the get_registry_credentials.sh script is hardcoded to use a single secret (ctaregsecret), which means it does not work correctly on dev machines that were recently set up. It should be updated to support multiple secrets (such as the updated reg-* secrets.
