Install 'libisa-l_crypto' in 'doublebuildtree-stage2b-scripts/Dockerfile'

The ctaeos container fails, when it is configured based on a local build of eos:

eos: error while loading shared libraries: libisal_crypto.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Installing libisa-l_crypto in the container should fix this.
