Upgrade EOS to 4.8.94/5.X

We need to upgrade EOS to include this fix: MGM: force show only physical space via 'spaceinfo'/statvfs EOS-5426.

This is needed for RAL EOSCTA deployment.

This is included in EOS 4 starting with version 4.8.93 but 4.8.94 has already been tagged.

We need to find the corresponding eos 5 version that should be included in CTA release to fix this for RAL.

Would be interesting to get the full story behind this EOS JIRA as I cannot find this in the CTA community posts.

I have just found the reason in the EOS community discourse instance: Xrdfs spaceinfo does not work with full EOS path.
