Remove references to ".cern.ch" from CI

As discussed at the CTA dev meeting in the context of gRPC integration:

Remove all *.cern.ch references from the CI, so that the CI configuration can be easily ported outside of CERN. According to Julien, these references are only needed for Docker registry and token management.
