How to delete files migrated to another EOS instance

When moving files between EOS instances we want to remove the disk file reference on the old instance. This is not possible with the tools available today, as sys.link.workflow.sync::delete.default="proto" is set on the directory, and not per file. We therefore need a tool to delete disk files migrated to another EOS instance.
