Rework catalogue release procedure and deployment path

As seen on the issue #114 (comment 6807820), the catalogue releases have caused cta-frontend and cta-taped to fail during all recent upgrades.

A quick fix has been provided with the release v4.8.10-1/v5.8.10-1, as explained here: #114 (comment 6810326)
