See variables in the pipelines

We should be able the external variables we use when we run pipelines in the summary of CI/CD.

At the moment it's not available in gitlab. But there are some proposals https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/22204 https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-foss/-/issues/56464
