Deprecate '--fromcastor' flag
Problem
The parameter --fromcastor (from command tape ls), was originally added to mark tapes that were imported from the old Castor system.
However, Castor is now gone and we have other sites using CTA without any ties to this system.
If these sites import tapes from other systems (for example enstore) they should not have to use a castor-flavored feature to flag their importated tapes.
Proposal
Modify the --fromcastor parameter name to something more generic.
New name to be discussed with the team.
