quarkDB xrootd must come from eos-xrootd package

As we are adding support for EOS5 quarkdb is switching to xrootd5 as well while vanilla xrootd is in sync with CTA xrootd.

In order to get a smooth transition, quarkdb must run against eos-xrootd instead of the current xrootd rpm.
