`dbunittests_oracle` CI jobs are timing out and silently failing

Looking at plenty of dbunittests_oracle executions for example: 17342288.

It looks like the runs are timing out at 10 minutes and not running all expected tests.

This 10 minutes/600 seconds timeout is set as a CI parameter in https://gitlab.cern.ch/cta/CTA/-/blob/master/.gitlab-ci.yml#L271

Would be great to undeerstand how many tests are never running in the first place because of this...
