All tape drive related tools must specify the drive name

As part of the 'official' support for multiple drives per tapeserver, it has been agreed that any tool or piece of software that communicates with a tape drive, needs to specify the drive name explicitly. Thus, we are going to remove default behaviour for this type of tools, which usually means picking the first drive found, or any flags such as first for specifying the drive name.
