Include 'instanceName' and 'schedulerBackendName' in frontend logs

Problem to solve

Including the instance name and scheduler backend name in the logs for CTA frontend got lost at some point. This issue addresses that missing bit of the required changes specified in https://gitlab.cern.ch/cta/operations/-/issues/1254.
