Update provided taped service files

Problem to solve

After the refactoring of CTA taped, the changes to the packaging were left out and currently we are installing the old service files which do not match the present desired "architecture" of the services. This should be fixed.

Proposal

Update the service files that will be installed along the rpms so that they matched the desired way of running the service. Master systemd service, with one child per drive, on installation only one drive file will be set with dummy info.
