Fix 'priority' column in 'cta-admin dr ls' command

Problem

As shown in https://gitlab.cern.ch/cta/operations/-/issues/1413, the priority column of the cta-admin dr ls command is always showing zero. \

Objective

The field priority should show the priority of the archive/retrieve queue that was selected by that drive.
