RPM cta-release not working with Alma9

Problem

The cta-release RPMs are optional, but they can make the process of installing CTA much easier for new users.

This is the reason why they are part of of the Public RPMs installation instructions:

Unfortunately, they are broken for Alma9...
This is affecting a few members of the CTA Community:

Required solution

For a patch release, to be release soon:

• cta-release needs to work correctly with Alma9.
• Update the public RPM installation instructions.

For the next minor release:

• We should include the basic installation procedure of CTA (using cta-release) in our CI, so that we catch regressions like this early on.
