Fix liquibase-update using and old image

Job #41387736 failed for b0ea9378:

The job liquibase-update seems to run in the pod defined by pod-dbupdatetest.yaml which uses a specific image that is still on cc7.

This should be updated with the sha of an image that is alma9.
