Version 15.0 has been re-tagged to include a migration script bug fix:

• https://gitlab.cern.ch:8443/cta/cta-catalogue-schema/-/merge_requests/28

Since this version has not been released yet with CTA, we should be able to safely update the submodule commit to the new tag.
