[CI] cta-frontend logs not available in artifacts

Summary

cta-frontend logs are not available in the artifacts of the GitLab jobs.

Possible causes

It seems to be related to the merge of the helm changes: !551 (merged) . Right before this commit pipeline jobs in main contained the logs and for the short period of time when this commit was reverted they were also there.
