PDF/A generated by Archivematica doesn't pass VeraPDF validation

Error example: DeviceRGB colour space is used without RGB output intent profile

To check: download VeraPDF and locally run validation on pdf file generated by Archivematica.

Not sure if we should update the Transcoding to pdfa with Ghostscript rule or wait for Archivematica to do it. In their roadmap it's in Later which can mean years.
