RFC: "Harvested" records
Scenario:
Records in Digital Repository A are just "pointers" to Records (or part of) of Digital Repository B. There's little to none additional metadata in the "pointers" records.
How should we handle this situation? Harvest and create "light" SIPs out of A and then parse them on the platform as part of a custom pipeline? How should the relationship between the two be encoded?
