Combine 'Features overview' and 'Harvest Data' into a single pipeline

Instead of having two rows with instructions, it would be better to have a single one with all the steps that are required, and with naming consistent with the menus.

The boxes should be:

1. Configure (button will be Settings)
2. Harvest
3. Organize (button My Records)
4. Download (button Archives)
