Add description of what's next on the Staged Records page

When a user submits records, they go to the Staged Records page. From that page, it has to be approved by someone else.

It should be clear in the page that the request is waiting for someone else to do something. And it would be event better if the request had status (like denied or accepted) when it has been processed
