Add search/pagination parameters to url

For the Archives tab search and the Harvest search the parameters should be propagated to the platform url. New CDS example: https://repository.cern/search?q=digital%20memory&l=list&p=3&s=10&sort=bestmatch

For the Archives pages the filters are in the body so it might be only possible for page and size? - investigate this a bit
