Move SPQ Metrics to Prod

I have created this PR as a draft. Once the current development build and deployment configurations (as of 26.09.2025) have been deployed, set the PR to ready/contact MONIT to merge it.

Finally, once it has been merged, wait one or two days. Go to monit-grafana and do the following for all graphs: Click the 3 dots, then edit, and select MONIT SPQ Service instead of MONIT SPQ Service (QA) to read from the production database. Click apply and the save dashboard icon after all changes. Verify that the numbers are shown correctly (the history will be reset, but the last values should be identical).
