Ignore missing track augmenter with a warning. This lets us run outside athena
(in theory).

The `jq` command to run this update:

We still don't support running TDT over multiple files in AthAnalysis, but the
exception type that is thrown by the setup code outside Athena changed to a
RuntimeError. This keeps us catching that error.

Releases beyond this seem to leak memory

Also split off subjet writer for dump-hbb.

One requirement was making the trigger jet getter algorithm create a b-tagging
object as well, and fix all the links.

Track grade was useful for IP3D, we don't need it now
